Delivery And Shipping Information
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, Europe, and Worldwide. There may be locations that it is not possible to deliver to, due to customs, political reasons or laws. Please contact us for more information before placing an order.
Please note, unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Ireland at this time.
How long delivery takes?
We aim to dispatch the item within 7-10 working days for an unstitched item. Once the order has been dispatched the delivery takes 3-5 working days. For the stitched the delivery can takes up to 2-3 weeks time.
Which courier company do you use?
Siya Fashions uses a network of couriers to deliver goods to the UK, Europe, and Internationally. We choose the most appropriate courier depending on the size and weight of your order. All couriers do provide tracking numbers, to ensure we know exactly where your order is.
Do I have to pay import charges?
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore Siya Fashions will not be liable for any custom or import duties. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
For security reasons, parcels may require a signature. For PO Box deliveries please contact us, as delivery policies vary on these addresses.
What will happen if I am not in when you deliver my parcel?
The courier will leave a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. Instructions will be available on this card on how to obtain your order.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed place?
Many orders require a signature, so we are unable to leave your order in a designated place. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you will receive a card with written information on how to obtain your order depending on the courier service.
All UK and international deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 20:00 pm, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.
At the time of order, you must leave your contact number as we do require a signature upon delivery. Our carriers will try three attempts and if you are not in the property, the courier will leave a calling card with further notification.
Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you within 14 working days the parcel will be returned to us. For undelivered parcel we will not be responsable for a refund.
