Ordering over the internet with Siya Fashions is the safest and most secure method of paying. Your payment information is stored on an external server that has strict security policies in place. SSL is also used during payment transactions.
Can I Amend My Order?
You have 4 hours to cancel your order. After 4 hours we will not be able to cancel to your order.
You can place as many orders you wish with Siya Fashions. Multiple items may incur additional delivery charges due to the weight. It is also possible, that some items may be shipped separately, even if the order was placed at once.
How Do I Send My Tailoring Details?
When you purchase items that require tailoring, you will receive an email for each item that requires tailoring. The email will contain a form that you must fill-in and send back. Your order cannot be started until you do so. We recommend sending this form back as soon as possible to refrain from delayed delivery.
Can I Cancel The Stitched/Custom Made The Item?
We will not cancel or change the order after 4 hours. We will not give you any refund on stitched or custom made a dress.

Siya Fashions will respond to all customer inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you have not received a reply from us within 2 working days, please contact us and we will follow up.
Is It Safe To Order Online?
Siya Fashions website is 100% safe to make orders. All payment details are handled by Paypal’s servers. Paypal abides by a strict set of security policies that ensure your payment details are safe and secure. They also use SSL during payment to ensure your payment details are safe at all times
Yes any returns you make to Siya Fashions, the customer will be responsible for return charges.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 5 days to return your item, the buyer is responsible for shipping and tracking both ways in all cases. However, all refunds will be evaluated on case by case basis.
All returns must be in original (undamaged) packaging, tags present and not tampered with, and arrive back to us within 5 days of delivery. Please ensure tracking and guarantees are used, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Returns will be refused if items have been worn/used, tampered with, damaged, not in original packaging, missing accessories, not packaged properly and not received within 5 working days.
If items are found not to have the stated defects, a 25% administration fee will be applied and the customer responsible for payment to have the items redelivered back to them. The returned items to the customer will be sent via tracked courier.
Please note that all items are individually inspected by hand for any defects before despatch.
HOW DO I RETURN MY GOODS?
Please contact us for the returns procedure. We will advise on where your goods should be delivered to. Please read the full section “Returns & Exchanges” before proceeding.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE?
If you are returning an item to Siya Fashions, then the customer will be responsible for return charges.
THERE IS A DAMAGED/WRONG/MISSING ITEM IN MY ORDER.
If an item you ordered is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact Siya Fashions customer service team immediately by using contact us page. Please give us your name and order number, details of the problem. We will then advise on how to proceed.
Siya Fashions will not accept the return/replacement if Damages, defects, missing items or any errors are not reported within 3 days of receipt. You will be asked to send back the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods in perfect order.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes you can exchange the item. If you wish to return an item, follow our returns procedure. A separate order should be placed for the product you wish to purchase.
CAN YOU CONFIRM YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
It can take up to 14 working days of receipt of your return, depending on how you sent the return back to us. If we accept your return we will email you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement.
We recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as tracked and insured delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the carrier that you used. If you have any queries on the product you have returned please wait 14 days before we can look into this matter. If you have not heard anything after 14 days please contact us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refund can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your item.
